  Please tell us your name and where you come from. I am Evelyne Chesomek Kiptot. I was born and raised in Kimobo Village, Mt Elgon, Kenya.   I am in my mid 50s. What has been your academic journey? Please walk us through it. I started school in 1974 a t Kimobo Primary School and later transferred to Misikhu Boarding Primary School in Standard 4 in 1977. I sat for my CPE in 1980 and passed with flying colours. In 1981, I joined Lugulu High School in Form one and sat for the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) in 1984 and passed with Division 1. In 1985, I joined Bunyore Girls High School for A-Level. I studied Mathematics, Biology and Chemistry. I sat for my A-Level exams in 1986 and passed with 3 Principles and 1 Subsidiary. For my university education, I joined Moi University in 1987 and studied Bachelor of Science in Forestry. I graduated in 1990 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Forestry.   Please tell us your name and where you come from. My name is Esther Chepkoech Kirong. I come from Trans Nzoia County. I am officially sailing on  the 3 rd floor. What has been your academic journey? Please walk us through it. Wow! I started school at Bondeni Nursery School, then Chepyuk Primary School-Mt Elgon. Later, I transferred to Teldet Primary School in Trans Nzoia in 2006. In 2007, I joined St. Monica Girls High School in Kitale where I studied till 2010 and passed my exams. P lease tell us your name and where you come from . I am Mercy Cheptoek Buretto from Cheptais. We have lived in Eldoret for a while,  but I am currently in Nairobi. What has been your academic journey? Please walk us through it. I went to nursery school at Testimony Primary School in Eldoret and later on joined Eldoret Preparatory School. I, then, went to Chebirei Primary School for my Class 8. After I did my KCPE, I joined Kessup Girls in Kerio Valley.   Pauline Nenunge Please tell us your name and where you come from. My name is Pauline Chemtai Nenunge. I was born in Kipsigon, Kopsiro. I grew up in Terem, Kapkateny Ward but we later relocated to Machewa in Trans Nzoia County. What has been your academic journey? Please walk us through it. This has, indeed, been a journey. I started my nursery school at Terem Primary School, then, I was moved to Kapkirwok Academy while in Class 1. In search for better education, my Dad, again, moved me to Chemelil Factory Primary School where I stayed with a relative. I tried my luck at Lugulu Boarding Primary School but I was not taken. I had to go back to Kisumu while in Class 6. I, then, joined Cheptikit Academy for Class 7 and 8. After KCPE, I joined Loreto Girls High School, Limuru. Please tell us your name and where you come from. My maiden name is Diana Chebet Kaptoro Olinyo and name after marriage is Diana Chebet Keter. My ancestral home is Mt. Elgon Constituency, Namorio Sub-location. I am 34 years old. What has been your academic journey? Please walk us through it. I started my early school life in Mombasa, that is, nursery and primary school, then, later joined Kibuk Girls High School in Mt. Elgon for my secondary school education. I later joined Moi Forces Academy – Mombasa where I sat for my KCSE and did well, making me proceed to the University through Government sponsorship. The Joint Admissions Board (JAB) selected me to join Moi University, Faculty of Science, which is the current University of Eldoret where I pursued BSc. Microbiology from August 2009 to April 2013.                                                             Carren Kiki Cherotich Please tell us your name and where you come from. My name is Carren Kiki Cherotich. I was born and raised in Kapsokwony, Mt. Elgon sub-county. What has been your academic journey? Please walk us through it. I will simply mention the schools. I went to Kapsokwony Primary School in Mt. Elgon where I walked 9 kilometres to access education. Thereafter, I was briefly at Hambale Academy in Vihiga County and, later, Kakamega Primary School. I later went to Kaimosi Girls High School for my secondary education and finally Daystar University and the Catholic University of East Africa, Kenya. What is your profession and what does it entail? I do not have a specific profession since I have studied different programs. My knowledge and capabilities extend across various fields. Did you always desire to be in this field ? Yes, for sure.
